li pf s The President's Message: The initiation of student government at the very inception is not always the greatest problem. It is later found that the greatest problem is the continuation of efficient and productive student government. There is one singular key to an efficient associa- tion. This is the mutual cooperation between the administra- tion and the student body. Only the gradual development of sound student body agencies and policies can a nearly independent self-governing body be at- tained. But for such a situation to be instigated there needs to be the continued strong support from the student body majority. As student body president 1960-1961, I would like to thank the student body for their assurance and support through the entire year.
