Amaral, Lillian Horgan, Leola Bargmann, Doris Keck, Anna Louise Barthe, Grace McGlinchey, Carmel Barthe, Marie Nickerson, Clarence .Brown, Faye O'Shea, Nora Crohare, Marguerite Preftokis, Catherine Deutschman, Anna l Ramke, Marion Galway, Gladys Tester, Ione Groth, Helen Twohey, Mary Groth, Ruby Victor, Marguerite Henry, Alan Vukota, Anna Young, Alice The Senior class, although the quietest in the school, has been very active this past year. There is an old saying, WThat still water runs deep.W This is certainly true of the Seniors because instead, of using up their strength in making noise, they used it in making others happy. The Seniors filled five boxes with toys, marbles, nuts and hard candies to be sent to the little children of Guam Where Santa Claus often forgets to stop. For the White Gifts

Christmas each member brought candies, jams, jellies, raisins and nuts to be distributed to the less fortunate of our own town. The Seniors planned to make the nrroyo, and Del Valle patients happier during the Christmas season. So for each little girl at the Arroyo a sewing bog which contained a doll thread scissors, thimble and material for making more dresses for the doll was furnished. For the older people cross word puzzles were collected. For the smaller children picture puz- zles and paper dollw were made. For the Del Valle children the Senior Class furnished ornaments for the Christmas tree. The Seniors have been well represented in many plays, entertainments, Student Assemblies and Girls' League Programs On Saint Valentine's day the Senior Class entertained the students of the school and their parents at a party. A play entitled HThe French Maid and the Phonographn was presen- ted. The cast was as follows: Flossie Green --------------------- - ------ Faye Brown Madame Renaid ------------------- Marguerite Crohare Miss Lotta Ayress --------- ---- ---- Marguerite Victor Mollie Green ----- ---- ------------------ Anna L. Keck Gladys --------------------------------- Lcola Horgan Pauline ----------- - ----------------- Doris Bargmann Marry Ann French ----------------------- Nora C' Shea Mrs. Green ------------------------------ Helen Groth After this play the remainder of the evening was spent in dancing. At eleven o'clock everyone tent home, declaring the Seniors good hosts and hostesses. UThriftU is the slogan of the Seniors. Nearly every one possesses a bank account and as a result the total saved to date is 515200. 77. The Senior Class is well represented in the Student Body having the following members holding office: President ------------------------------- Mary Twohey Vice President ------------------- Clarence Nickerson Sick Committee Chairman ------- f -------- Marion Ramke Executive Committee -------------------- Grace Barthe Nine of the Seniors made the School Honor Society the first semester and three the second.Two members Marie Barthe and igga L. Keck are members of the state Honor Society, Chap er - Our Class is also well represented in the Girls' League. All the elected officers are Seniors. For the annual Senior Play the class presented Hnnne What's--Her Name?H--a mystery comedy in a prologue and three acts. It was a huge success. The cast which was largely se- lected from the Senior Class was as follows:
