Le Franpais - La Clef Aux Aventures Interessantes FRENCH II: Where are you going? Ron Schulte asks Nancy Mabry, as he begins a conversation in French, while Rosemary Irvine, Rosalie Rife, and Fred Heim listen in. Miss Colohan spent the summer of 1963 travelling in France with a group of graduate students, studying the French customs and language. She lived with a French family in Rouen, in the old province of Normandy, where she became familiar with their life. This has added a great deal of interest to the classes this year. MARY ANN COLOHAN French I French II Miss Colohan taught two classes of first-year French last year, and she has had a class in French II and a first-year class the current year. The class uses a language lab as shown in the pic- ture so they may listen to tapes of correctly spoken French. In both classes, conversational French is stressed. FRENCH I: Sharie Smyres, Beverly Birka, Dennis Williamson, Dana Hendrickson, and Diane Fuller use the language lab. Compliments of ROBERT MILLS LUMBER CO, 615 N, Main South Hutchinson, Kansas
