The Acappella Choir consisted of 52 members, students from the soph- omore, junior, and senior classes. The choir made its first appearence of the season at the annual P,T,A, Open House on November 13th. The Mixed Glee Club consisted of 23 members, their first appearance -- the Christmas. The Christmas Concert was pre- sented Dec. 20th with the various vocal groups participating. The usual traditions of the previous con- certs were adhered to. Christmas music, solos, and stage settings all combined to make a most beautiful and impressive program. Highlights of the evening were the two numbers -- O Holy Night, with baritone solo by Earl Kainz and O Come Emanuel with Marian Nygaard, Joan Plante and Susan DuFrene forming the solo trio and Donald Sura as tenor soloist.
