NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The National Honor Society has been established to give recognition to those who show high mental accomplishment. The basic qualifica- tions for the high school honor society are CHARACTER, SCHOLAR- SHIP and SERVICE plus a B average. The Litchfield chapter have formed an alumni association who will entertain senior girls each spring. Officers of the alumni are Erma Jean Cornford, president; DeEtta Cornford, vice-president; and Patsy Rasmussen, secretary-treasurer. It is with regret that we go back to monotony of one o'clock study hall day after day, but the staff feels a sense of accomplishment in a job well done. The annual staff wishes to thank those who so graciously bore with us. The paper staff is welcome to our monopoly of typewriters now since we are through with them. As we go to press we believe this annual is the best one ever pub- lished at Litchfield. Whether or not we have succeeded in making it so we will leave up to you.
