fcontinuat ion of Prophecyl at the exit whom sho ld I run snack into but P ul Witt the most famous lawyer since Daniel Webster He had the reputa tion o never having lost a case I wanted to visit longer than we did but he had to appear in court that afternoon On the way back to my car I stopped in at the world's largest drug store which had an adgoining laboratory The proprietor made his own drugs and medicines and they were guaranteed to cure or kill 'ho was the propr1etor9 Why, Donald Hohlfeld of course Way back in '51 I'd forseen that someday he woul be a great chemist Hadn't he always gone around mixing strange concoctions9 After buying a nickel box of his extra special cough drops I started again for my car Now I was in a hurry, it was near y five o'clock and I still had to prepare supper for my company I was having a handful of celebrities over for the evening It had taken quite awhile to decide whom to invite There was Betty Ann Grove who was English instructor at Yale Back in 'Sl when in charge of the English class she'd had a hard time making the class behave, but it seems the Yale boys are only too And who owns The Randolph, third that It had started It sure brings willing to co operate then there was Betty Jean Rolfsmeyer multi millionaire the largest oil wells in the world guest on my list was Jerry Randolph, Professor He was a specialist on the study of eclipses out back in '51 in Diss Fukasawa's science class back old memories The fourth guest was Ronald Kuhn who is the second Babe Ruth. He is champion, you know in basketball football and every other sport. Well I arrived in time to get things underway before my guests came and by the time they began to arrive everything was under control. We dined by candlelight and then talked over the past, present and future. I of course was eager to find out about the rest of my classmates and gathering a bit here and there I learned that Dale Evans was a barber in Chicago Illinois. People who patronized his shop ended up with the 'new look'. Mona Lindner had started out as an airline stewardness. Half way through her first year though, she committed matrimony. Now she flies the airplane. She married the pilot, Keith West, the kid she had been engaged to since we were juniors in Litch- field High School. F - ' Y. ' - ' - 1- ' xi t,-, A G ' ' . . - .
