The law makmg body at Lrtchfxeld Communrty Schools rs composed of 15 repre sentatrves and offrcers and the advrsor Mr Swartz Meetrngs of the Student Councrl are held on the average of once every two weeks The offrcers are Presrdent Bud Txernan Vtce Presrdent Bob Abrrght Secretary, Jeanette Vagg Treasurer Jean Cevela The Student Councrl sponsored a magazrne sale wrth the total berng S484 43 wrth each class recervrng a proportron Wrth the S321 '78 left, the Student Councrl worked on a publrc address system whrch was rnstalled by B111 Lrncoln and Terry Wade for the frrst basketball game The S 50 mernbershrp for Semor Hrgh and Jumor Htgh students were agarn offered There was a very good turn out for the Assocratron dues The Student Counctl planned two assembhes plus a couple of frlm assernblres Presrdent Vxce Presrdent The electron of the Student Councrl Presrdent and Vrce Presrdent IS drfferent from prevrous years At the end of the school year petrtlons are put up for candr dates for each of the offrces The hrgh school student body then votes for the nomrnees Bud Trernan and Bob Abrrght both Seruors were elected Presrdent and Vrce Presrdent respectrvely
