Office Personnel The pr1nc1pal's office takes care of all high school matters Attendance slips are picked up by the office girls and the absentees are recorded The daily bulletin is typed by one of the girls and is dis tributed to all the class rooms The office personnel answers all telephone calls when Mr Swartz has a class They type various materials for him and in general do their best to help him as much as possible Standing Wade M Griffiths, S Tiernan Coo J Vagg, C Hawkes, L Criffit , Seated F Hoppe There are several duties performed by the girls in the Superintendent's office. Among them are, answering the telephone, getting materials for teachers and studenm, sorting the mail and run- ning errands.
