The fathers were responsible for the November meeting. Mr. Walter F. Cirotts, former Superintendent of Schools of Montgomery County, spoke on Hlfathers' Re- sponsibility Toward Youth. The December theme was The Place of the Church in the Edu- cation of Youth. liather Lawler of the St. Mary's Church was the speaker. The Need of Culture Influences was dis- cussed by Reverend Herbert Lohr of the Pres- byterian Church at the january meeting. The lfebruary meeting was a joint meeting of all the as-.ociations in observance of l5ounder's Day. Health Standards as .1 means of protection of the youth on the home front was the theme of the March meeting. The April meeting was a panel discussion with high school pupils and par- ents discussing the subject, Youth in Conflict XY'ith the Authority of the Familyf, The May meeting. the last meeting of the year. was a joint meeting of all P.
