Since Mr. Boehm has been coaching golf, boTh aT Terrace and LinTon, his Teams have won The Sec- Tionals six ouT of Ten years. LinTon's firsT golf Team had Ten wins. one Tie, won The Secfionals, and finished second aT The lnfersecfionals. LasT spring's Team had anofher good season wiTh Twelve wins. and one Tie. They meT wiTh dis- appoinTmenT aT The Secfionals, however, losing iT by one sfroke. The highlighT of The season was The preseason inviTaTion To Long Island where LinTon played a pracTice maTch wiTh Three Long lsland schools. Mr. Przybylo, who will coach golf from now on, looks forward To a good Twelve-maTch season wiTh a probable Team of Mike Sahr, Jack Gold, Tom SchmidT, Jim Reid. Don Dwore. The Two mile relay Team wiTh Dick ClemenTe. Garry Bailey, Tom Finnegan, and FausTin Baron copped a second place. ln The shoT puT Dick Brainard Took anoTher second. LinTon scored TourTh place Tinishes in The 880 yard relay and in The pole vaulT. On our own Track, LinTon beaT Albany 53-42 in a hard foughT meeT. LinTon scored seven TirsTs againsT Albany's Tour. wiTh LinTon Taking TirsTs in all evenTs excepT The sprinTs, sprinT relays, and low hurdles. AlThough LinTon losr in The secTionals.
