The Council is composed of one representative from each sorority, one from each of the men's organizations, and a general chairman. Christine Midthun served as chairman during the first semester, and Dot Buckingham during the second semester. War Bond Drives. Shaylor, Laetch, Newton, Martin ASSOCIATED 'WOMENS STUDENTS The Frosh women first became acquainted with AWS at the Big and Little Sister Tea. Further social contact was through the annual Carnival, AWS banquet and all-school skating parties. The finale of the year's activities was the 'Spring Follies at which the May Queen was announced.
