Responsible for the success of CSU were co-presidents, Rachael Ballenger and Frank McCray, vice president, P. J. Martin, and secretary. Lorna McPherson. The Council is composed of one representative from each sorority, one from each of the men's organizations, and a general chairman. Christine Midthun served as chairman during the first semester, and Dot Buckingham during the second semester. War Bond Drives.
