The 1977 Girls' Varsity Basketball team finished With a seven Wins and three loss record, third place in the City League. The girls beat every team twice except Eaton and Syms. Football 1977 Comes Back To Tie For Fourth P-lace The 1977 Lindsa football team ended the season spite the record, Coach Gordon White felt there was plenty of outstanding play and much excitement dur- ing the season. Boy's Basketball if B P Off To Court P After four games, Coach Turner was ready to list Wayne Sleepy Lynch and r Bernard Rock Dennis as high scorers with an average of 18 points per game. Dennis was the top defensive rebounder early in the season. As a team, the fearless hoopsters were scoring 77 points per game while al- lowing 41 points to their opponents. Other starters are Julius Perry, Roderick Peanut Johnson and Bradley Fullwood. The entire team saw much action as the team over- whelmed the first four opponents.
