S . , . i The members of the Senior Class of L. H. S. never fully realized that graduation was upon them until late this spring. Some of the problems, such as those presented in the picture necessitate all forms of planning. Much of our life time had been spent day dreaming and looking forward to it, thinking of commencement as an end to the time when we would stop being school kids and become young men and women. But when Mr. Curry and Mrs. Hight began to measure us for our caps and gowns and we had to pose for our last picture together, we realized there was lots to be done, lots to remember, and very little time. Why be stuffy and sentimental about it, spoke up our class secre- tary, Beverly Hinkle, so Marshall Burkes, our president, and Catherine Cook, our vice-president, set Lois Duncan, treasurer, and Jonetta Miller, representative, to work roundingup equipment to measure our Seniors for their Gradu- ation Day Regalia. iw..
