Achievement Leadership And Service g LAURI TAYLOR, Band Vice President, has been a member of the band for five years. Her Junior year she served the band as Alternate Drum Major and Loading Crew Captain, She has been a member of the All-Dis- trict Band and has won lst divisions at U.I.L. Solo and Ensemble Contest. She was a member of the Science Club one year. As a Senior she was selected to the Who's Who as Wittiest. GREG HALL, one of the Tiger football Captains, has played football for 4 years. He was a member of the Track team one year, the Student Council 4 years, and the F.F.A. for 4 years. He served as FFA reporter as a Junior and was also on the Radio Team that won lst in District. As a Freshman, he was on the District championship Greenhand Skills Team. He was Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Class officer, and was also class favorite those three years. He was a member of the Annual Staff serving as photog- rapher. His Junior year he was voted to the All District Football team. ALMA LINWOOD, Annual Staff Feature Editor, has been on the staff for two years. She was a member of the French Club, Science Club, and Stu- dent Council. She has been a member of the National Honor Society and the Pep Squad for two years. She was active in the FHA and served as an officer for three years. Also, she was the winner of the Crisco Award in FHA. This year she was elected Co-Basketball Sweetheart by the basket- ball team.

HaII Of Fame Shows Qualities Cf CLIFFORD GARDNER, Senior class Reporter, was selected to the Senior Whols Who as Friendliest and also as Wittiest. This year he was elected to the All-District football team as an Hon. Ment. Offensive Back. He was a three year letterman in football and also lettered in basketball. He was among the top five in Northeast Texas in the pole vault for the past two years. He also holds the school record in pole vault RHONDA ALLEN, Tiger Head Cheerleader, has been a cheerleader for the past 2 years. This year she was elected Homecoming Queen and Foot- ball Sweetheart. She played volleyball 4 years, was All District 3 years, and MVP her Sophomore year. She was a member of the Library Club, Science Club 2 years, Student Council 2 years, where she served as Treasurer, National Honor Society 2 years where she served as Secretary. She was a member of the Annual Staff for 2 years and served as Business Manager. She was also Bus. Manager of the Paper Staff. She was Soph. Class Presi- dent, and Junior and Senior class Treasurer. She was voted to Senior Who,s Who as Friendliest and Most Athletic. STEVE CONLEY, Senior class President, has lettered in basketball 3 years, baseball 4 years, and football 2 years. He was a member of the Sci- ence Club and was selected as a delegate to the American Legion Boys' State. He was selected to the All-District baseball team CHon. Ment.J as a Sophomore, and was again picked to the All-District baseball team as a pitcher. He was All-District in basketball and also was chosen to the All State Tournament Team and Coaches All State 3rd Team in basketball.

4 The Hard Work Page Uff BUBBA VISE, Senior Captain of the Baseball and Football Team was a four year letterman in baseball and was a member of the football team for three years. He served as class Vice President during hisjunior year. During his senior year, he was named Most Valuable Offensive Back. He was also elected as All District Quarterback, All Cypress Valley Quarterback, All 4- States Area Quarterback, and All Northeast Texas Quarterback. KIM DOWD, Annual Staff Editor, has been a member of the staff for 2 years. She was a member of the Paper Staff one year, Student Council 3 years, Science Club 2 years, where this year she served as President, and the National Honor Society 2 years, serving as President this year. She was President of the Freshman and Junior classes. As ajunior she placed lst in District, 3rd in Region, and 4th in State Ready Writing Contest. She has been a Band officer for 4 years, sewing as President the last two. She was a member of the All-District Band for 4 years and the Four States Band one year. This year she was Alt. Drum Major and was elected Band Sweetheart. She was elected to the Senior Who's Who as Most Talented, Most Likely to Succeed, and Most Intelligent.
