Summer Deadline sea' For F irst Time For staff members the school year be- gins in the summer, when they sell ads and plan the yearbook dummy. After school starts, members cover club meet- ings, sports events, and other school activities. They work frantically up un- til the eve of a deadline making sure lay- outs and stories are completed and checked. After the final deadline, staff members hold their breath and worry until mid August, when the '71 Tiger Tracks are issued , and they can finally see the fruit of their labors. ,K Y, rm, ,, , .... . f Sff3'i Sheri Glover contemplates over pictures and how to draw them on the layout sheets.
