Returning from the trip, we set out to pursue our goals in life. Some will work during the summer and go to college in the fall; others will find permanent jobs. In the fall of 1959 these students joined Miss Stephensen's first grade. In 1971 they stand on the same front steps that they ascended together many times during the past 12 years. Twelve Years on Wheels For twelve years these 15 stu- dents have rolled along the road of education together, each one looking forward to the new and exciting challenges which await him or her after gradu- ation, yet not forgetting those 12 wonderful years that they have shared at Linden. 9
