Their record was G3 in dual meets, The success of the team was attributed to all the hard work they put in during the season. The girls' team had five members qualify at section- als to advance to districts. They were: Corrine Arnold - hurdles, lwrn dash. Iwm dash, Cindy Thatcher - long jump, IOOrn dash, 200m dash, Val Thatcher - 800m run, l600m run, Sue Haines, Cindy Thatcher, Steph Girod 8 Corinne Arnold in the 4CD11 relay. ln district action, Val Thatcher broke the school record in the 800m run and the I600m run. The 400m relay team also broke the school record in district action. Dis- trict results: Corinne Arnold 4th in hurdles and Cindy Thatcher 5th in long jump. Corinne and Cindy will be representing Lincolnview in state competition, Pic I: Steph Girod, fr, takes a rest after running the 88Oyd relay at NWC. The team will miss their two senior members, Daeger and Cramer. There were two school records that were broken, the Swm lows CBryan Lewisj and the 4wm relay CKerns, Rum- mel.
