The final process in finishing the school year is the sorting of grade cards. r?cr y Cherie Unterbrink set a new record by taking 160 words per minute in shorthand this year. Steve Bolton took first place in the mechanics division at the state FFA judging competition.

Participation Is the Key Word This is the first year for a Wrestling team at Lincolnview. It is also the first year that Lincolnview has had a Golf team. The whole community is proud of their Basketball team. The Baseball team played their first game on the Lincolnview diamond this year. Greg Davis participated in State competition in pole vaulting and low hurdles. Jim Morrison also participated in the 220 yard dash in State competition.

Miss Nola Jean Rumble Nola Jean Rumble, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Rumble of Route 1, Scott, Ohio, was born on October 23, 1952. Nola attended Lineolnview North Elementary for 8 years and was in the midst of her senior year at Lineolnview High School at the time of her death, January 4, 1970. Mrs. Eva M. Zinn Mrs. Eva M. Zinn was born on February 9, 1904. She taught school for 28 years; 25 years were for the Lineolnview School System. She taught the second grade at Lineolnview North Elementary. She passed away on January 22, 1970.
