Dolbey, Reporter; V. Matthews, The Jr. and Sr. Y-Teens had an array of programs and projects throughout the year. They started the year with a pot luck supper. Some of the other programs included freshman initiation, a cake decorator, a flower arranger, an interior decorator, a talk on yarns, and a talk by Don Thomas. In December the girls went caroling at the Van Wert Hospital, the Van Wert County Home, and in front of the Van Wert Court House. They also had a Christmas party at the Y.W.C.A. for the welfare children and a semi-formal Christmas dance. They had several money making projects which included sales and raffles. The Jr. Y-Teens sponsored a dance and donated the money to the Thomas A. Edison School. They also had a fun night at the Y.W.C.A. The annual Mother and Daughter Tea ended the year. A style show was the main attraction and next year ' s officers were installed. 28
