Mr. Ben Pugh completes first year as Dean of Students Miss Betty A. Adams, acting Dean of Women supervises women ' s activi- ties on campus and looks after their personnel problems. Possibly the largest number of persons working in any one area at Lincoln Uni- versity can be found in the Personnel Services. This area includes: discipline of stu- dents, providing jobs for students, health services, recreational services, custo- dial services, student organization, dormitory directors, and many other aspect of campus life. Maintenance The Physical Plant Department is a service organ- ization and is required to operate, maintain, ex- pand, plan and construct the physical facilities of the University. Mr. Luther W. Hatcher, Director of Buildings Utilities, and Grounds, supervises all campus maintenance, repairs and con- struction. Mr. Fred F. Simms serves as the University Inventory and Mail Clerk.
