TO THE CLASS OF 1978 Every high school and college yearbook staff has made the statement that their yearbook “is the finest yearbook ever produced ... 99 the mighty and great Class of 1978 is no exception. Not only is our book one of the finest, But also one of the most unique, from it’s unique cover to it’s unique Informal section. We the staff have tried to capture not only the togetherness and energy of the Class of 78 s final year but also of it’s first, second and third year. There is no question that during our four years at Lincoln we have had some good times and some bad, but as you look through your yearbook think of all the great times we’ve had, of all the friends we’ve made, the lessons we’ve learned and the experiences we’ve gone thru. And as you read the final page ask yourself “Could it have happen any other place other then Lincoln?”. I would also like to take this time to thank the members of the Yearbook staff with special thanks to Thomas Varella of the Public Relation office. Although everyone on the staff worked hard, I realize I worked some harder then others; so with apologies and thanks;I wish to give special recognition and thanks to Christine Curry, Rodney Nicholas, Lawrence Charity, Denise Raymond and my two co-editors Lois Jamison, who kept track of loose ends and Ms. Maria Champagne who I worked to the point of murder, mine.
