Paul Kuchncr Registrar TO THE CLASS OF 1964: In this age of rapid change in all areas of human endeavor it is most appropriate that Lincoln Univer- sity follows in this trend. This change is visible in new buildings and the restoration of old ones. It is also apparent in the composition of the student body. Though change is not necessarily identical with prog- ress, there must be change if there is to be progress. It is my hope that many more changes will occur in the near future in other areas -- strengthened curricu- lum, quality of students, improved human relations. Our graduates have the opportunity to make a real contribution in some of these areas for a better and stronger Lincoln University. Austin H. Scott Vice President for Business and Finance Donald L. Mullctt Assistant to Vice President for Business and Finance 10
