BOWLING TEAM The Keglers, under the supervision of Coach Edge had a successful season this year. Among their honors was a fourth place in the City league and a fourth place in the C.W.L. league. It must also be noted that there was only an eight point difference between first and fourth place. The three boys especially responsible for this success were Arthur Levin, Jeff Yankowitz and Ferris Gorra. They had 165,160 and 150 averages respectively. This year's team was a solid one, it averaged 757 points per match. Jeff Yankowitz, one of the leaders, had a high game of 246. The season closed with a pleasing victory for the boys. They won an important match against the faculty, 3-1, setting a pace for future Student- Faculty matches. Next year's prospects for the bowling team are good. Three solid starters and the championship Junior High Team will be bowling again next season. The members of the Team are: FIRST ROW: Al Carroll, Arthur Levin, Marvin Lubin BACK ROW: Howard Krugman, Robert Kurtz, Ferris Gorra, Kent Negersmith, Fred Kopff, Jeff Yan- kowitz, Mr. Edge.
