TO THE CLASSES OF JANUARY AND JUNE. 1965: Your class motto, Instruction ends in the schoolroom, but education ends only with life. is interesting and challenging; YOU must meet this challenge every day of your life in ordor to achieve success and find happiness in so doing. Leavinq the HALLS OF LINCOLN with you this June is your capable and understanding Assistant Principal, Miss Lucille Stoll. I know how much she has meant to you and how much you admire her for all that she has done for you and Lincoln High School. Her constant dedication to Lincoln High School; her work with the Lincoln PTA; her wisdom and good judgement in conferences; and her high standards of personal and professional ethics have meant much to me, to the school's administrative and supervisory staffs and to all members of the faculty during her twenty-four and one-half years of service to Lincoln. To say that she will be missed is perhaps the greatest understatement in Lincoln High School's history. I consider Miss Stoll one of the five most capable women educators that I have ever known, and the greatest tribute I can pay her is to say: If Lincoln, for its devoted educators, were to have a HALL OF FAME. In the HIGHEST group I'm sure we d find Miss Lucille Stoll's NAME. May we, like her, combine character, devotion to duty, enthusiasm for work, friendliness and loyalty in a life of service and find true happiness in helping others. GUY F. VARNER. Principal
