Home Ec And Agri . . . The Best In Our Lives! That's a biscuit?” asks a horrified Mrs. Stumbaugh. Well, that is the way it goes some- times. It is about like when we broke three needles in the same day. Home Ec can be really frustrating (having to rip out everything you have sewn and do it over), but it can also be a lot of fun (cooking with your friends and laughing when your muffins come out green). Agriculture is a learn- ing experience for all those who enroll in it. Whether we are studying leaves or working in shop, we learn things that will actually apply to life. If you have not ever been in Agriculture, you are missing out. What other class gets out of school to go to fairs? Cer- tainly not English! Sheila Webb tells us she likes Agri because The peo- ple in there make it fun.” Tracy Remington cleans up after Home Ec. J What s for lunch? Stir a little longer!!!

Bones, Bugs, And Arithmetic WaOfr 7 5C'e,flC We have a quiz over the 40 terms in Ch. 6 to- day! Sound familiar? It should if you're in a sci- ence class. But science isn't that bad, or is it? Just because you have to memorize terms, dissect animals, and prove Dal- ton's theory, doesn't mean you hate science. Listen to what these peo- ple had to say: It's bor- ing as h—. But I guess I'll live. Charlie Dodson, Chemistry: I love it! Mr. T. makes learning fun! Carla Spencer, Physiol- ogy. ' have lesson 3.5, problems 1-39 all, ready to grade first thing to- morrow when you come to class. That sounds worse than memorizing terms for Biology. Every- one at L.M.S. has the same problems in math, as they do in science. Some students actually like Business Math fir Ge- ometry, Algebra, or Arc these girls always eating in your class Ms. Moore? Trigonometry. Listen to these comments: It can be OK. Becky Earn- hardt. Gen. Math II; I like it because Ms. Moore is a great person, and she makes it fun. Shelly Luna, Bus. Math. Don't worry, math and science isn't that hard. You'll live through it. Andy Allen and Tina Green sure do like Physiology, huh? To do Trig, or not to do Trig, that is the question! com- ments Amy Courtney. 10 I think Dan Anastasio is all scienced out.” says Tom Hut- chens. Mr. Doss and math novelties A Match made in heaven, eh?
