NICKY MACKIE President g .... . ix 3 2 if 9, lei JANET MCGINNIS Vice-President DAVE REYNOLDS azziofz Ufam We are the Seniors of 1952. To us, we are the most important class that ever graduated from high school, Yet we know that we who were indispensible to the school will be nothing but a memory, pictures in an old annual, statistics in a score book. Younger classes advance to replace us, and We are gone. The Senior Class will scatter like uncertain leaves in the gus- ty wind of life. We will be on our own in an adult World. Class- mates may enter politics, science, economics, journalism-the world is waiting and We go forth to conquer it. Although we leave Lincoln, the home of the red and black has a special place for us. We can never forget our high school days-the crowded halls, laughing voices and unfinished homework. Our many friends and teachers, air-raid drills, assemblies and pep rallies, eating lunch on the front lawn when the days were sun- ny-this is Lincoln High School to us who are about to leave. We cannot forget singing The Star-Spangled Banner in the darkness at Memorial Stadium, and our Alma Mater at the close of each game whether the Lynx were Victorious or Went down to a valiant defeat. We are proud to be graduates of Lincoln High School-a great school with traditions and ideals worthy of America. The world is ours, and we are ready to play our part in shaping its destiny.
