Could anyone let such valued memories slip from their keeping? Impossible! No doubt the Junior Prom was a night of air castles causing one to abide in hopes of a future honeymoon to that land of romance. The decorations of dainty colors were gorgeous-the palms and the beautifully shaded lights, throwing a spell of magic everywhere added to the Prom's attractiveness. A At intermission Hula dancers entertained the happy crowd. The music was great, and a good spirit prevailed throughout the evening, mak- ing it a night of unsurpassed pleasure. . Senior Hop OVEMBER 23, 1928 heralded the glorious event called, The Senior Hop . Though the years glide by, a faint recollection of a night of peace, love, union, and fellowship will be recalled perhaps forever, by the Seniors. The Senior Hop to some was a mere night of pleasureg to the gradu- ates something more lasting, a memory of their most Valued years at the Lincoln High School. Surely no one could wish for a more beautiful mem- ory to cherish. It was a night of radiant loveliness with the harvest decorations, the golden moon, and the gentle breeze rustling the leaves and corn stalks, as it wafted in through the windows. The Hop was an event looked for, hoped for, but never realized until midnight had drawn its curtains around all. May the Seniors in future years have the same wonderful realization. And may that night be a treasured memory and a beacon light of true friendship and loyalty. .ge 0 O 0 ' o 0 'Z 090 0.0 Qi? 3' ' Z3 2 0 o 0 o 0 020 0.0 0 Zo 0 0 0 0 O0 0 0 OO 00 OO 0 00 O0 00 OO 00 00 00 00 00 23 02 00 00 00 Q0 00 00 00 00 00 00 Q0 BQ 0' 23, 0 0 SM . 0' . 20 0 0 3 3 Q0 0 9 9 0 0 020 0 9 9 0 O Q O 9 0 0 0 0 Q 0 0, 0 0 9 0 0 0 0 0 00 . 0 00 0 00 0 00000 0000000000 0 - N - 2- ' g'0'o'o906b5g.g'06d'0'0 0805.0QQ-8'0'cQaQ90'0'0'c!949a9g'ggg9ge9 0355.3 1 . g40?'gg9gggg9gg 8 4938 0 Q3 PAGE EIGHTY-TWO
