I felt like I was on a cloud over the rainbow. I'll never forget that night or the happiness it brought to me. These are the words of Miss Tammy Powell. One annual event that the students always look forward to is the Christ- mas Dance. For Senior Pam Benedict it was a very special night. Escorted by Randy Weist she was chosen queen out of five nominees. Her court consisted of Karen Sweetwood escorted by Bill Hetisimer' Kelley Knipp accompanied by Mark Sherwood Susan Copeland escorted by Jeff Hen- derson' and Karen Cole escorted by Ron Wright. After she was presented teens sponsors of the dance ,served punch cookles and decorated accord- ing to the theme CHRISTMAS IN PARADISE. Everyone enjoyed danc- ing to the music played by Amrock the band for the occasion. Even though somewhat tired when the dance had ended all agreed that it was an evening that will long be remembered.
