It marehed at several football games and combined with the Cadet Band for the Homecoming Show. Leading the hand during marching season were Dave Pohl, Drum Majorg Kathy Keith, Drum Majorette, and Martha Jo Hampton, baton twirler. The band gave a Christmas Convert and a Spring Convert. After winning first division at the District contest, the band won a second division at State. The band was invited to give a Concert, at Nappanee on May 3. 'The caretaker, Mr. Kimber was played hy Terry VanGilder. Joe Felke played Newton Fuller and his wife, Annabelle, was Phyllis Brown. Their daughter, Madge, and her hoy friend, Steve, were Mary Gwen Greenlee and John Dye. Ellen Read and Elaine Vonlladen played the parts ot' the maids, Katie and Hester.
