Mem' bers of the faculty are always there to lend this helping hand and offer new ideas and plans to suit each individual need. Besides serving a full day as classroom teachers, faculty members willingly offer their assistance in extrafcurricular activities. The clubs at Lincoln would not be the success they are if it were not for the patient guidance and supervision of the teachers who act as advisers. 6 Standing in the wind and rain to take tickets at football games, and acting as chaperones at school dances are two additional duties of Lin' coln's faculty members. Perhaps the most important duty of the faculty members is not to instruct in the class' room or to supervise after school activities, but to offer ready advice and assistance in solving the students' problems. Among the yearly functions and social events for the faculty are the Christmas Tea and the traditional end of the year banquet.
