:sys LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION - Garden Street Georgia jacob, Assistant Editor, Sylvia Kaasa, Editor, Gordon E. Foss, Adviser, and seated Mr. Dan Gleason, Taylor Publishing Company representative negotiate the contract for this present pub- lication. CONTENTS Seniors 4 ' 17 Classes 18 ' 25 Organizations '26 - 39 Sports 40 - 51 Activities 52 - 69 Faculty '72 ' 73 Index '79 - 80 STAFF MESSAGE When a year comes to a close, we will often leave the school with a mixture of emotions--some of sadness, some with a feeling of it's finally over and others with a spirit of realization that is a milestone in their climb to higher and more lofty things. Even with all the thought that is given to the future and what it has in store for us, there is not a single person who does not enjoy thinking back into days gone by. In our TIGER, we hope to make this regressing a more pleasant and enjoyable experience by bringing to you the highlights of things that you, the students of Lincoln, did to bring this school year of 1958-59 to life and give it meaning. A school year is much like a person with its various personalities. There are times when it is happy, when it is troubled, when it is deep and serious, and when it is frivolous. To have a good school year, it must have all of these blended into proper proportions. Think back on your past year at Lincoln with us- -start paging through your TIGER. 'll' ' 3 .A um!
