Tennis The skill of shooting a bow and arrow dates back even before the days of Robin Hood and his merry band. The Lincoln High archery club preserves this age old sport every spring as the girls take careful aim and attempt to get a bull's eyef' Besides learning to use these age-old weapons, these skillful Lincolnites have been taught, first and foremost, the safety rules for healthy and happy contests. Streckis VVatch the birdielf' No, we're not tak- ing pictures. That's the cry that fills the air when badminton season rolls around and our Lincoln cuties set up the nets. Our interested seniors have enjoyed their afternoon practice sessions and games along with the other members of the team in this lively sport. A few of our graduating seniors, have been members of the tennis team and have enjoyed Working with their teammates and coach, Bliss lNIaude Sharp, in this skillful game.
