t Jorewor, J. Because of its limited size and because of the early closing of school, the Class of 1950 is not in a position to offer you the traditional yearbook. Instead, we are leaving this record of our sojurn at Lincoln. It is without the usual items which one associates with the type of publication a gradu- ating class leaves behind. At no point do we mount the winged horse and express in lofty language our senti- ments on departing from the hallowed halls of our Alma Mater. Yet, we sorrow at this hour of parting. The Class of 1950 hopes that its ambitions will not be judged by the slender volume it is leaving to be placed alongside previous annuals. 2
