to the future adjustment to school life, especially in such a large school as Lincoln, presents a major problem to many students. To help solve this problem, Lincoln has established a guid- ance department, under the direction of Mr. Edwin Erickson. Students planning to further their educa- tion after high school can obtain information about colleges that has been collected and is on file in the guidance office. Students can arrange for a conference with Mr. Erick- son during their free periods or before and after school. Students wishing to apply for scholarships can apply in the guidance office, where a complete file of scholarships is kept. The guidance director Will also help students in making applications for scholarships. Those students not planning to go on to school after graduation can also seek in- formation concerning jobs after graduation. ,IAQ iss..
