st Working to Bring OPULAR SONGS provided themes tor numerous little ditties composed by the members ol the Manitou stall. The 'tltflanf itooters , as they were known, presented their advertisements during homeroom, but preferred to remain anonymous for various reasons, the least ot which was lack ol melody. Somehow volume petered out before the end ol each tune. Nevertheless, students compiled with stacks of literary material, gave the stall the job ol sorting, judging and editing, in time for the February issue. Floods ol entries brought more worries until the second magazine reached the tudents in May. X S X Q..
