Train All RYING TO TEACH each student individu- ally is Lincolns aim, Calisthenics are prace ticed in gym for co-ordination, making for healthier bodies and better athletes, These, combined with the numerous vigorous sports in which all participate, insure a well rounded physical education program. Musically inclined students join the school band to further their musical background. The band plays at all school functions, including basketball games, football games, concerts and graduation. Striving for honors at the music festivals account tor many hours ot practice. -5 . TUDENTS PARTICIPATE in the chorus merely because they enjoy singing for pleasure. Practice is held every day, insur- ing an excellent performance for the student body during the year as well as for the pub- lic in spring. Swimming is another activity which many of the girls enjoy, This is only one of the many sports offered in the girls' physical education classes.
