The stall as a whole did wonders in keeping its scoops in the dark until the issue of the paper carne out. lt was a lot ol work and sometimes involved after supper labor down at the printers, but the statt didn't cornplain. W-if Wiamlfaa STRICTLY LITERARY OR THE first time since 1933 the MANITOU staff has published two issues of their magazine during one school year. As usual, prizes were awarded for the best literary papers written by the students themselves that were published in the first issue. The second issue contained papers selected from a new group of entries for which no prizes were awarded. Kathleen Busse, editor, and her staff put in many diligent hours, here at school and out of school, which produced two excellent literary magazines. Upper left, left to right.
