Homecoming game and dance were really something Homecoming is always a Wonderful Weekend and this year Was no ex- ception. The Whole Town turned out to watch the parade and cheer on the team. The juniors Won first place with their float. loAnn was lovely as our queen and she ruled supreme with Bob Whom she chose as king. r loAnn was elected by the seniors. The runners-up served as her court of honor with their dates. Paul, Eli- zabeth, Margie, Kenny, lo Ann, Bob, Nan, Ossie, Carol, Kenny, Margie, and Dean were introduced at the intermission of the dance. Winding up their cheering careers for this year are loanne, Don, Mari- lyn, Charlie, Margie, and Clarence, plus Carol, who was absent. They've had a shrieking good time. loanne and Marilyn Will be back as cheer- leaders again next year.

We dreamed ot a white Christmas and got it, plus all the other fun of the holidays. At the top of the list ot par- ties and dances were the CYO and DeMolay formals. Don, Carolyn, lean, Elwood, lim, and lanet pause to sip punch at the DeMolay tor- mal waiting for the band to strike up another number. The gang at the Midsemes- ter dance celebrated the midway mark ot the school year. The theme ot the dance, sponsored by the Student Council, was in the spirit of Valentines day with huge red hearts de- corating the walls of the gym. The object of the evening was dancing and we all had a swell time. A huge snowstorm caused a mixup in the date oi the CYO formal and it had to be postponed one day. Fellows and gals that had dates for both iormals had to decide where to go and with whom tor the dances came on the same night. Bob, Lorraine, lerry, Marilyn, Bob, Dorothy, Doris, and Dick chose C.Y.O. t
