We're Having A Splashing Good Time . . . TS this group of boys who cause the big splash in the pool every other Wednesday afternoon. Yep, its the Swimming Cluh, sponsored by Swimming Coach Cordon Winder. liven though most of the fellows joined the cluh to practice up on their strokes and dives, they also manage to have a swell time doing it. .lust think, gals eethat handsome lifeguard youll see on the beach in a few years may he one of these hoysr After all this practice they'll certainly he capahle enough! lt's a good builder- upper for future servicemen, tool f -1 Officers are: ' president, klohn liropp, vice-president, Rohert Klimentg secretary, Thomas llanseni and treasurer, liohert liehringer. .I . ,. y , ' - , . i I i NTHUSIASM for the aquatic art prevails among the mermaids of Miss-lanct Strathearns Girls' Swimming Club. The girls practice new and varied strokes to further their prowress, learn new dives, and also enjoy playing water games. New friends are made in the club, due to the girls' mutual interest in swimming. The qualities of fair play and good sportsmanship are attained in all of their various undertakings connected with this typical American sport.
