CULTIVATING MUSIC lllttlllllt MUSIC BRIEFS Providing entertainment in the musical field at Lincoln are the band, orchestra, a capella chorus and girls' glee club. The high spot of this year's performance was the Silver Iubilee Anniversary Festival held April 24, in honor of the formation of Lincoln's first band 25 years ago. At the annual band tournament held this year at Stevens Point, Lincoln's band received first place recognition in marching. Mr. Bufin W. Boyd, Mr. Thomas Williams, Mr. Elwyn Wienandt, and Miss Emily Wentzel direct these organizations. BAND MOTHERS Any minute now that lunch will be ready. Band Mothers, left to right. Mrs. Albert Engel.
