THE CROP The l942 Plambeau staff presents for the students' pleasure a different yet time- ly yearbook, the Perennial Annual. The theme makes comparisons between vic- tory gardens whose plants develop from seed to harvested crops, and students growing in the fertile grounds of Lincoln High School from sophomores to grown- up seniors. Supervising pictures and copy were the tasks of Editor Mark Surfus and Assistant Editor Ruth Schumacher, lohn Dalyrmple took care of the business angle of the Flambeau. Idea l'rationing was the job of Adviser Margaret Reuter. Mrs. Cleeta Pultz directed the art work. Above-Planning novel, Sporting ideas were the jobs of Rene Schwalbe, Peter Ienkyn, and Marjorie Iohn. Rene and Peter had charge of all the work dealing with the annual boys' sports. Marjorie concentrated on the G. A. A. section. Center - Miss Margaret Reuter suggests to Ieanne McConnell and Ianice Tidmarsh one of her ideas concerning the annual write-ups. It must have been a good one by the looks on the girls' faces! Below-Section editors Loris Houghton, Charles Daetz, and Alice Kaufman attend to their im- portant yearbook assignments. me -- I A YP . v f , K W publications ' It 'Q fl g if - N72 , ' gqyy X . 1- 'G ,,, x f A Q Qv .L r H '- 1 .- figs L 1 ..-- ' i -t , 12:51, - :HMS 'Nbr K 156, N r ,sl J As' -N'-1 Q- - arf g in .K fi, bsifrih J' fo S::f1,,,fE'f,' N20 ' 5 orbs' 109109 'ap ,Z I 90631736 Zdifdllfor SIL Or Dre u pq Pius 8:68 Io Q11 ds
