Principal C. G. Stangel Graduates: A sense of just pride in our school must be alive in those who have spent four years in an earnest effort to develop mind and character. This feeling should reach its climax at the close of a high school career. The best trained among you will carry through life a fruitful asset because a trained mind is not merely a , storehouse of varied experiences. lt is resourceful. If you have been prudent in developing habits of setting your minds diligently, you should now be prepared to enter a field of definiate service. The price which you have paid in making a good beginning is unquestion- ably high, but the level reached is easily worth it.
