When TirsT organized no suiTable range could be Tound in Ferndale, buT when The preliminary insTrucTions were over and we were ready Tor TargeT shooTing, we were TorTunaTe in being able To obTain The use of The Acorn RiTle Club range in Royal Oak, where The meeTings were held Tor abouT Two monThs. The TirsT major acTiviTy oT The club was To obTain a more accessible riTle range. The TaTT School audiTorium was oTFered To The club and gladly accepTed. A back sTop was builT by The club members, and as soon as The club Treasury would allow iT suiTable lighTing eguipmenT and a riTle raclc were consTrucTed. The club holds iTs meeTings every ofher Wednesday aT The TaTT School Trom Tour o'cloclc To Tive-ThirTy. The main acTiviTy oT The meeTings is compeTiTion beTween Teams.
