F. . Activities August-1956 At the Community Fair the senior Boys exhibited booth on landscaping and won grand championship prize. The dairy judging team went to the State Fair and took part in the dairy judging contest. Sept.-1956 we attended the Leadership Rally in Hibbing. Honorary Farmers Degree was received by Mr. Saksa. October-1956-John Harney won the local cow clipping contest.Some of the boys and Mr. Saksa attended the National F.F,A. Convention at Kansas City, Missouri for one week. January-1957-Mr, Saksa left his position as Agriculture Teacher and Mr. Jacobson took his place. Officers for the 1956-57 school year were: Presedent, Art Manistog Vice President, Richard Rowe, Secretary, David Sota, Treasurer, David Pulineg Reporter, Melvin Mattsong and Sentinel, Dale Mattson. The chapter took part in several events this year. This in brief will tell of them, April-1956 The judging teams took part in the Judging contest held at Grand Rapids.
