Senior Class Histor Four long but wonderful years ago the Senior Class of Esko High School start- ed their Freshmen year with thirty-five Freshman, Randy Roen was elected as Class President with Gail Nickila, SecretarygRonald Liikala, Vice-Presidentg and MaryAnn Johnson, Treasure, Mr. Hakala was our Class Advisor. Barbara Norgorden and Rich- ard Terway were our Student Council Representatives, After three months of vacation we started our Sophmore year. To help us with our Sok-Hop we had Mr. Saksa and Mr. Knuti as our Class Adv1sors.Randy Roen, Pres- ldentg Leona Lulpakka, Vice-Presidentg Marlene Lyytinen, Secretaryg and Mary Ann Johnson as Treasure of our Class. Richard Terway and David Mattlnen were ourStud- ent Council Representatives. To start off the year as very HB1gn Juniors we elected Randy Roen as ourClass Presidentg Ronald Liikala, Vice-Presidentg Barbara Burggraff, Secretary and Mary Ann Johnson as our Treasure. To help us with the Junior-Senior Prom we had Mr. Ferguson and Mr. Saksa as our Class Advisors. Judy Nopola, Sherman Johnson, David Mattinen and Handy Roen were our Student Council Representatives. we were very proud when Handy Boen was elected the State Vice-President of the Student Council. After three short months of vacation a class of thirty-two Seniors started out their Senior year by electing Randy Roen as Presldentg Cararlene Erlkila, as Sec- retaryg David Mattinen, Vice-Presidentg and Mary Ann Johnson, Secretary tocarry us through our last year of high school.
