The need for proper care of the hody is hrought to our attention hy the teaching of the functions of its different organs. The prevention of diseases hy cleanliness and immediate medical attention is stressed. The value of the first aid has heen proven many times over to he an indispensable part of present day education. The life soan of man has lengthened considerahly through his higher level of health training and a keener awareness of its hearing on his mental outlook.
