Summ r f ,87 People did many things this summer. Some people worked while others played. Many people traveled. Chris Rivera probably travel- ed more than anyone else this summer. Chris gave us an account of what he did. First I went to Hawaii. While there I saw Pearl Har- bor and Waikiki Beach on Oahu. Then I went to Auckland, New Zealand. I traveled by bus through the whole island to Rotururg and Wellington. Then I went to Melbourne, Australia, flew to Adelaide, then flew to Kangaroo Island. Then I went to Camberra, then Sydney. Sydney was the last stop. Then I flew home. M. These are phrases spoken between classes as Lincoln High students prepare to attend the first dance of the year, the Summer Sendoff. This dance was designed as a welcome for new students and also as a farewell party for summer. The long hours put in by Student Senate to decorate the cafeteria paid off, as spirits and atten- dance were high making this dance a hit according to Rob Bonato a sophomore.
