2 L4 In ,JN , ee, '-L -L-nil' HOMECOMING GAME Alumni, faculty, students and friends of Lin- coln High School were treated to a spectacular homecoming on Friday October 2, 1959. First of all the Lincoln High football team soundly defeated Fraser High to the tune of a 34'-13 score. At half- time the hand kept up the tempo with a serenade and salute to the Homecoming Queen and her Court. The highlight of the show was Superinten- dent of Schools Max Thompson's crowning of Queen Arlene Croce. The Student Council spon- sored the dance in the high school gymnasium. The dance band, under the direction of Mr. Balos, pro- vided the music for the evening. Gridiron heroes, friends, and alumni climaxed a perfect day at the dance. Max Thompson, Superintendent of Schools. crowns Arlene Croce Homecoming Queen for 1959. In spite of 39 degree weather, Homecoming Queen and Court manage to smile graciously. IL. to RJ Randy ,Keane.
