Assemblies Though fewer in number than last year, the assemblies at L inc oln this year ranged from the quietness and solemnity of the Lincoln Day commemoration to the fun and excitement of the Popcycles' kick-off. Perhaps the traditional May Fete and AFS assemblies were among the best liked. However, class play previews, mu- sical department performances, Girl's League, ALM, and Pep assemblies also prove d to be enjoyable to Lincoln students. During the first pep assembly, Laurie Steed takes it easy. 1 Mr. jacob Avshalomov, director of the junior Symphony, thanks the audience for their warm applause following Lincoln concert.
